yet another computer nerd birthday cake (chantastic) Tags ...When my doctor told me to lose some weight and fast I knew I was going to start my research. I needed to find some fat burning foods, and not just that, but fat burning foods that I would actually eat. I am not talking about grapefruits, even though they are very good at burning the fat, they are not good to my taste buds. I have tried them so many times and I just can not eat them.

I am a huge computer nerd, so I am sure I can find some basics to stick by on line. I know one thing for sure, this is a rule I learned in health class in school. If the juice to a fruit is sticky, that is the sugar content in it. So the stickier it is, the more sugar there is. I have always listened to that rule, but apparently not hard enough.

Specialty Marshmallow TreatsWhen my daughter’s doctor was finally able to diagnose why she kept getting sick, we were pretty amazed to find out that she has a gluten intolerance. She had no idea what this meant, but my husband and I understood it perfectly. It meant that she was going to have to give up a lot of the foods that she really enjoyed. She can be pretty picky so I knew I needed to find alternatives, and quickly too! I did a search for gluten free snacks and was surprised to see that there were quite a few selections. One of her favorite foods are marshmallow treats, and there is actually an organic version! She would also still be able to eat her cookies and brownies that she loves, but the only difference would be that she would not get sick after eating these ones. I went ahead and ordered a large quantity and she hasn’t skipped a beat!

Protandim is a product deigned to reduce stress in humans that leads to life threatening conditions like heart attacks, obesity, diabetes and even cancer. The cells and the tissues in the body are being constantly bombarded by molecular particles called free radicals. They are called so because we do not know when or where they will strike. This negative action makes the cell walls brittle, and causes tissues to weaken and collapse. Naturally, this effects the organ systems, and the health of the individual. The body produces antioxidant substances which counteract the free radicals. But, this is usually not enough. What the new supplement does is to stimulate the body cells to secrete more antioxidant enzymes. This was observed to be far more effective than injecting antioxidants artificially into the body. It has been clinically observed that the new product decreases the effect of free radicals by as much as forty percent. This effectively gives you the biochemical composition of a twenty year old! Therefore, you tend to feel better, look better and become healthier.
