My boss was bummed to hear the news but understood. He told me that they have someone that can potentially take my place, but would I stay on to train that person? I said I would, I didn’t think it would be that big of a deal.
Now my boss wants me to make training videos of everything that I do. I thought that was asking a bit much. I have to make a video showing different calls with merchants, how to handle the merchant request queue, and also how to go through our billing system.
